REFUNDS
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the sponsorship/exhibits director (maata.exhibits@gmail.com). All cancellations prior to 3 weeks to the first date of the Event (May 13) will be refunded in full minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures. Cancellations occurring within 1-3 weeks prior to the first date of the Event will receive 75% refund, minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures and cost for any signage.

Both Exhibitor and Event planner will negotiate terms if the live meeting is converted to virtual.
