ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the Meeting Planner (maatameetingplanner@gmail.com). All cancellations prior to 6 weeks to the first date of the Event (May 13th, 2022) will be refunded in full minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures. Cancellations occurring within 2-6 weeks prior to the first date of the event will receive a 50% refund, minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the first date of the Event. Requests for refunds within 2 weeks of the Event will be considered with medical documentation or a physician’s note. 2022 MAATA Annual Meeting Continuing Education Certificates All requests for the 2022 MAATA Annual Meeting and Educational Symposium Continuing Education (CE) Certificates earned, but not received, must be made in writing by email to Donita Valentine, Meeting Planner, (maatameetingplanner@gmail.com) prior to July 31, 2022. Any requests made after July 31st for the 2022 MAATA Educational Symposium CE Certificates earned but not received, must be made in writing by email to Donita Valentine, Meeting Planner (maatameetingplanner@gmail.com). A $25.00 fee per certificate will be assessed for each request. After August 31, 2022, no CE certificates will be issued. ___________________ REGISTER ___________________
