ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the Meeting Planner (maatameetingplanner@gmail.com). All cancellations prior to 6 weeks to the first date of the Event (May 17th, 2024) will be refunded in full minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures. Cancellations occurring within 2-6 weeks prior to the first date of the event will receive a 50% refund, minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the first date of the Event. Requests for refunds within 2 weeks of the Event will be considered with medical documentation or a physician’s note. 2024 MAATA Annual Meeting Continuing Education Certificates All requests for the 2024 MAATA Annual Meeting and Educational Symposium Continuing Education (CE) Certificates earned, but not received, must be made in writing by email to Scott Cook, Vice President/Meeting Planner, (maatameetingplanner@gmail.com) prior to July 29, 2024. Any requests made from July 30th to August 30th for the 2024 MAATA Educational Symposium CE Certificates earned but not received, will inquire a $25.00 late fee. After August 30, 2024, no CE certificates will be issued.
